MidEastConsult (LLC) undertakes management consultancy on a contractual basis. All partners and consultants deployed by MEC work solely and strictly, for, and in the best interest, of the client.
Clients are solely responsible for addressing the objectives and requirements of any consultancy contract and will make available to MEC personnel any information and / or reference material deemed necessary and essential to complete any given scope of consultancy.
MEC undertakes to hold secure any and all information disclosed during any consultancy and will not disclose any information whatsoever received from any client without the express written permission of a duly authorized representative of the client.
All recommendations by MEC Partners and consultants, or its accredited affiliates, will be confirmed and approved by the client by written instruction prior to commencement of any implementation process.
Rates for Partner and Consultant services will be agreed with the client prior to the commencement of any service provision by MEC or its accredited affiliates.
All contracts are subject to a payment guarantee undertaking from the client.
General terms reflect an agreed percentage of the contract fee in advance with the balance payable over agreed milestones.
